The receiving chute is designed in such a way that the sand will not get struck in anyway.

The lumbs chute is separated from the fine sand discharge area completely and a separate disposal arrangement will be made.

Dust extraction arrangement is made on the top to get free from pollution.

The inspection door can be easily operated for easy maintenance purpose.

The total system is driven by a worm reduction gear unit and a motor supported by the anti-friction bearings.
