LUMP BREAKER

SSEC Lumb breaker are simple robust and dependable to Modern Engineering Practise. It is specially designed for continuous duty for breaking the lumbs formed in the return sand. Lumb breaker consists of receiving chute, breaking rotors and layers.

Receiving chute is made in such a way that the sand will fall on to the rotor for the breaking operation.

The rotors are driven by a Electric Motor and the rotors are provided with heavy duty antifriction bearings.

Inside of the Aerator is lined with Rubber Sheets to avoid sand sticking on the walls.
