LINE AERATOR

SSEC Inline Aerator is simple and robust machine deigned for continuous operation of prepared sand.

Aerator consists of two main rotors, which is driven by two separate Electric Motors.

One Rotor consists of Ni-hard rods and another one consists of rubber with flat arrangements for easy handling of the sand from the conveyor.

 Line Aerator

Either end of the Aerator is supported by Feed chute and discharge chute for easy conveying.

Bottom of the Aerator is supported with skid plates for easy scouping of sand.

The Inside of the Aerator is lined with anti abrasive sheets to avoid sand sticking on the walls.

Two rotors are supported and rotated with heavy duty anti friction bearings.
