SSEC Intensive mixers provides highly efficient homogenous mixing of sand, water and additives in a compact space with high speed rotor and low speed stirrer technology, which saves the cost of inputs. Ranges we offer: 200 kgs to 1000 kgs batch capacities. Sleek design for high output. Mixer blades are brazed with tungsten carbide tips. Blender blades are of hard face welding. Smooth & Maintenance free operation. Separate aeration is not required as there is no lump formation. Economy in additives consumption. Best green strength & compactness. Can be supplied with skip charger, water addition system and auto cycle control panel.

SSEC MIXING BLADE

Mixing Blade mounted on output shaft of the bearing housing and coupled with the gearbox for smooth running. Periodical coating on blade surface with hard facing electrodes or with carbide tips brazing yields longer life. The curvature of blades ensures perfect mixing and makes it possible to discharge the entire mixed sand and keep the surface clean to receive the next quantum.

SSEC BLENDING BLADES

Blending Blade rotate at high speed and in opposite direction to mixing blades. Additives are perfectly mixed and sand particles are evenly coated all around.
